Why Do You Ejaculate Prematurely?
The most common reasons I hear for having PE are:
- masturbate too much
- watch too much porn
- penis is too sensitive
- circumcised/uncircumcised
- out of shape, overweight
- drink, smoke, eat too much
I can tell you that none of these is the reason you ejaculate quickly during sexual intercourse. They all conveniently overlook one thing.
Getting naked and having sex with a woman is explosively hot!
Sticking your highly excited penis into a woman’s vagina is an ejaculation-inducing experience like no other! Not only is your penis assaulted with intense stimulation and pleasure, but your mind is short-circuited, your entire sensory system overwhelmed, and your soul transported to another realm of existence.
Did you really think you’d be able to have intercourse without struggling with a very quick release of ejaculation?
Gaining control over your ejaculation during this overwhelming experience requires much more than just doing a few Kegel exercises!
What are the factors which contribute to premature ejaculation?
“There must be a trick,” you think. “A muscle I need to clench, or some strengthening I need to do.”
I too was under the false impression there is a Kung Fu grip I could learn to easily hold off ejaculating. I spent every waking minute doing Kegel exercises for many weeks. I thought I’d go up two pant sizes from a bulging bulbospongiosus muscle, but it did nothing to cure me of premature ejaculation.
Ejaculation control does not work that way
I call these The 3 Pillars because you need to make changes to all three of these areas to successfully overcome premature ejaculation:
- Mental – you do not know what you are doing during sex or why, so you pump away until ejaculation occurs.
- Physiological – you have not yet learned to detect your Point Of No Return (PONR), or how to safely pull back from it.
- Technical – you do not use proper entry techniques, how to pump your penis correctly, which positions to use for ejaculation control.
The proven treatment plan laid out in these books breaks down the practise of ejaculation control into easy moves you can start making immediately, and muscle control training you can begin right now, on your own.
Physiological Control Is Only 1/3 Of The Solution
You are frustrated by premature ejaculation because you think there is nothing more to ejaculation control than learning to clench, or relax.
Yes, there are bodily signals you must learn to detect, muscles you must learn to control, and exercises to be done.
You probably do not remember being a little boy and having to learn how to hold your pee. The subtle signals and sensations of how full, how close, how much time is needed before it’s too late, were just as confusing to you then as making the same kinds of judgement calls with your PONR.
You will have as much success with perfecting the signals, the timing, and the moves you must make to prevent premature ejaculation from occurring as you did holding your pee!
The physiological aspect is the only Pillar which requires physical training. This usually takes a some weeks to get used to. It is best done through the masturbation regime in in Book One.
Who Controls Your Ejaculation?
Gaining control over your ejaculation requires you also gain control over your sexual encounters. If ejaculation is “just happening” to you, then your sexual experiences are also “just happening” to you.
The mental commitment required to maintain control over your ejaculation may be the most important change you make. My first step in overcoming premature ejaculation begin with a decision to make this my Number One Priority during sex.
No one was going to control when I ejaculate, other than me! No matter what!
What do I do after I’ve stuck it in?
Many of the factors which contribute to premature ejaculation are the direct result of not knowing what you are supposed to be doing during intercourse. What is the strategy here? Pump like a jackhammer until she cums?
Understanding what a healthy session of sex looks like (Hint: You’ve never seen it in porn!), what your role is, what her roles is, and what you can both be doing to enjoy yourselves, fall under the heading of “Mental” aspects of ejaculation control.
Small Technical Changes For Big Results
Question: If you are not pumping like a jackhammer, then what are you doing?
How fast/hard/deep are you pumping? What positions are you using? Are you just jabbing it in and pumping? Have you modified your movements to help you avoid the quick release of your ejaculation?
Technical Elements to Consider:
- proper entry techniques will immediately reduce premature ejaculation
- how to move your penis once inside so you don’t trigger ejaculation
- what positions to use which help with ejaculation control
- what kinds of movements to avoid as they promote quick releases
Unlike the physiological changes you are making, which require practise, these technical changes can be quickly and easily incorporated into your sexual repertoire, if you have one. And if you do not, then these are all the good habits and practises of both proper fucking and ejaculation control.
Which is why I say: Ejaculation control and proper fucking are one in the same!
There will be an awkward transitional phase while you make these changes. But the holistic treatment plan laid out in the books will quickly become your new normal.
The practises, strategies, and exercises in books will fast-track you to success, saving you many years of frustration along the way. By the end of Book One you will regularly be approaching, and going Beyond the Magical 20-Minute Mark.
Authentic sexual expression is what you are after. That is the key to fulfilling, passionate, connected sexual relations. By the end of Book Two you will be well on your way to becoming a Post-Ejaculatory Man.
