Use these masturbation guidelines for lifelong, optimal sexual and reproductive health. The complete set of training exercises and explanations can be found in Book One.

From this point forward:

  • Masturbation is your re-training ground. So go hard!
  • Do not engage in quick, fast, short sessions of masturbation. Ever!
  • You will not ejaculate before a minimum of 15 minutes of masturbation. Longer is better!
  • Masturbate as often as you like, for as long as you like. More is better.
  • Only allow yourself a maximum of one ejaculation per day (under normal* circumstances).

Set an alarm for a minimum of 15 minutes, longer is better.

Don’t just glance at a clock! Set an actual timer, and do not allow yourself to ejaculate one nanosecond before it goes off.

Keep the stimulation as high as possible, for as much of the time as you can – without going over!

Be merciless with yourself! Maintain a high a level of excitation:

  • Avoid completely letting go of your penis when you need to regain control and relax.
  • Decrease stimulation by degrees
  • Keep yourself as close to your PONR as you can the entire time – without going over.
  • Give yourself as little time as you can to regain control.
  • Begin re-stimulating toward your PONR the second you feel ready.

When you are training very close to your edge like this:

Avoid:

  • fast stroking
  • firm grip
  • direct tip stimulation
  • tensing your anus, buttocks, thighs
  • tensing your stomach/abdominals
  • shallow, short breathing

Be sure to:

  • challenge your edge
  • back off repeatedly from your PONR
  • practise relaxing anus, bulbospongiosus muscle, and abdomen over and over
  • get used to feeling “full,” like it is all there in your balls just waiting to be released
  • try breathing right down to your groin to release the tension in your abdomen and front of the groin
  • exhale your breath with a sound, to ensure you are not cheating and using short breaths

By bringing your focus to your anus/bulbo/abdomen over and over during training, it will not take long for your muscles to remember they are supposed to relax, rather than tense.

Eventually, it will become more natural for your muscles to be in a relaxed state, than tensed. You will only need to pay special attention during very heightened moments.

Breathing is the key!

Breathing is fundamental to reverse Kegels. And the open, relaxed anus/bulbo/abdomen muscle stance of the reverse Kegel is fundamental to ejaculation control.

With control of your breath:

  • through your nose: inhale slowly, right down to your groin
  • as you inhale, relax your anus/bulbo/abdomen
  • open your anus fully, relax your bulbo all the way to the tip
  • be sure to push your abdomen out, to breathe in – this forces your to break the tension in your lower abdomen
  • through your mouth: exhale slowly, with control by squeezing your abdomen in
  • make a low, guttural sound while exhaling
  • try to empty your lungs fully until you cannot make anymore sound

When you breathe deeply right down to your groin – to where your penis is attached to your body, you will be able to feel the tension release across your abdomen. Almost like an actual “snapping” of the energy being held by tensing your powerful abs.

Taking in a controlled, steady breath through your nose, while simultaneously relaxing your anus/bulbospongiosus muscles, is the key to holding a “reverse Kegel” for extended periods of time.

Use whatever kinds of sexually stimulating content pleases you.

Many of us are extremely self-judgemental when it comes to masturbation. It is very common to have feelings of guilt, shame, and even disgust with ourselves for masturbating at all. These harsh self-condemnations include how often we masturbate, the kinds of materials we use to get ourselves off, the kinds of fantasies we have.

There is nothing wrong with masturbation. It will not harm you in any way. If there is no other regular means of expressing one’s sexual energy, then masturbation is a necessary part of life. This sexual energy will get released one way or another. You are advised to manage this like you would any other aspect of your life.

Read Book One for the complete set of masturbation exercises and explanations.
